Turkey has been produced by WECH since 1996. WECH sets new standards in production variety and innovation at their Glanegg site.
Turkey is a healthy meat as shown in many studies. Healthy meat needs appropriate husbandry, nutritious feed, stress-free slaughter and hygienic, clean preparations. 25,000 turkeys in total are slaughtered per week to make fresh meat, smoked meat products, barbecue skewers or various types of sausage.
