WECH in St. Andrä
One of the most modern and efficient production facilities in Austria is now located where Hermine WECH used to pluck her hens back in 1958. Slaughter begins at 5am every morning, processing takes place all day, then loading and delivery takes place from 5pm onwards. It means supermarket chains, discounters, wholesalers and many other customers get only the freshest produce by the very next morning.
