Hey Nicole, do you have girl-to-girl talks?

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Dohr from St. Gertraud in the Lavant Valley.

Whenever she walks through the barn, a little girl talk with her chickens is simply part of the routine.

In addition to raising chickens, Nicole and her family also run a dairy farm. Animal welfare is especially important to them. Plenty of natural daylight in the barn and a “chicken” winter garden give their flock everything they need to feel comfortable and thrive.

Nicole particularly values her partnership with WECH. For her, trust, appreciation, and a strong working relationship come first – and she wouldn’t trade that for anything in the world.
